H Contracting (Pty)Ltd has undertaken work all over the Cape, Orange Free State and Namibia.
The emphasis has been on concrete work and in particular, water retaining structures (reservoirs,
water purification works and sewage works), bridges, grain silos, wind farm bases, and industrial
buildings. We have also done building works such as offices and luxury houses.
Some of the possible services that we can provide are as follows :
- Design and construction of any concrete structure. The design will include structural
analyses, construction drawings, bending schedules, setting out details. - Provide budgets for projects including a cash flow against a time line.
- Tendering on government and quasi government projects.
- Providing a Critical Path program and updating same, as the project progresses.
- Procurement schedules against a time line.
- Obtaining subcontractor quotes, the award of the subcontract, the management thereof, and progress payments.
- Monthly certificate claims including calculating all the quantities.
- Quality assurance of concrete, reinforcing, shuttering and form work, and many other materials.
- Design of form work and shuttering to big structures, and in particular bridge decks, big retaining walls and wind farm bases.
- Project management.
